Overall
- BEng (Hons):
- ABB including Mathematics and one of: Physics, Electronics, Computing, Computer Science, Further Mathematics, Design and Technology (Systems and Control), Chemistry.
Applicants taking the Science Practical Endorsement are required to pass.
- MEng (Hons):
- AAB including Mathematics and one of: Physics, Electronics, Computing, Computer Science, Further Mathematics, Design and Technology (Systems and Control), Chemistry. If you are studying further mathematics then the offer would be reduced by one grade.
Applicants taking the Science Practical Endorsement are required to pass.
- BEng (Hons) with foundation year:
- CCC including mathematics C and either physics or chemistry, or equivalent.
Applicants taking the Science Practical Endorsement are required to pass.
Please note: A-level General Studies and A-level Critical Thinking are not accepted.
GCSE or equivalent: English Language at Grade C(4) and Mathematics at Grade C(4) (or equivalent).

Extended Project Qualification (EPQ)
This route is only applicable to the MEng route.
Applicants taking the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) will receive our standard A-level offer, plus an alternate offer of one A-level grade lower, subject to achieving an A grade in the EPQ. The one grade reduction will not apply to any required subjects.
